Aluminum tube is a kind of non-ferrous metal tube, refers to the hollow metal tubular material along its longitudinal length by extrusion of pure aluminum or aluminum alloy. May have one or more closed through holes, wall thickness, uniform cross section, in a straight line or roll delivery. Widely used in automobile, ship, aerospace,aviation,electrical appliances,agriculture, electromechanical, household and other industries.
Aluminum tubes are mainly divided into the following types:
① According to the shape: square tube, round tube, pattern tube, special-shaped tube, global aluminum tube.
② According to the extrusion way: seamless aluminum tube and ordinary extrusion tube
③ According to the precision: ordinary aluminum tube and precision aluminum tube, precision aluminum tube generally need to be reprocessed after extrusion, such as cold drawing, drawing, rolling.
④ According to the thickness: ordinary aluminum tube and thin wall aluminum tube
⑤ Performance: Corrosion resistance, light weight.
