The raw material of aluminum strip is pure aluminum or aluminum alloy cast rolled aluminum coil, hot rolled aluminum coil, rolled by cold rolling machine to different thickness, width of thin aluminum coil, and then according to the purpose of the slitting machine longitudinal cut into different width of aluminum strip.
Application: Aluminum strip has many uses, such as: aluminum plastic composite pipe, cable, optical cable, transformer, heater, shutter and so on.
① 1060 requires high corrosion resistance and formability, but not high strength requirements, chemical equipment is its typical use.
② 1100 is used for processing parts that require good formability and high corrosion resistance but do not require high strength, such as chemical products, food industrial equipment and storage containers, sheet processing work pieces, deep drawing or spinning concave utensils, welding parts, heat exchangers, printing plates, nameplates, reflective appliances.
③ 3004 plate, thick plate, drawing tube. Extrusion tube used in aluminum cans, chemical products production and storage devices, sheet workpiece, building baffles, cable pipes, sewers, all kinds of lighting parts.
④ This alloy has good forming performance, corrosion resistance, candle resistance, fatigue strength and moderate static strength, used in the manufacture of aircraft fuel tank, oil pipe, as well as traffic vehicles, ships sheet metal parts, instruments, street lamp support and rivets, hardware products, etc.
