Patterned steel plate, also known as mesh steel plate, is the steel plate with diamond shape or protrusion on its surface.
The pattern can be a single diamond, lentil or round bean, or can be properly combined by two or more types of patterns into a combined pattern board.
The decorative pattern mainly plays the role of anti-slip and decoration. The combined pattern board is superior to the single pattern board in terms of skid resistance, bending resistance, metal saving and appearance. Widely used in shipbuilding, boilers, automobiles, tractors, railway cars and construction industries.
The patterned steel plate can BE used as floor, escalator, working frame pedal, ship deck, car bottom plate and so on. Footboards used in workshops, large equipment or ship walkways and staircases are steel plates embossed with diamond or lentil patterns.
